DC Life x SIXPACK x PMKFA

For Spring/Summer 2010, DC Shoes will introduce the third and final collaboration with Paris-base creative collective, SIXPACK, for its DC Double Label Projects series.  Based on the graphic works of PMKFA, a Swedish designer now living in Tokyo and a member of SIXPACK, the DC Double Label Projects - DC Life x SIXPACK x PMKFA exemplify the progressive nature of urban cultures with the motto, “We Are Six Feet Ahead, Never Under”.  Be it hip-hop, street art, and others, PMKFA imagine it as a giant cheese game, always one step ahead of mainstream culture.

The collection includes 2 classic footwear models from DC, the Admiral and Sector 7, both in perforated premium leather with clear outsole where a SIXPACK designed graphic will be visible from underneath.  Accompanied the 2 sneakers are 2 graphic t-shirts labeled Oneness and Marble & Ink, and a Six Years New Era 59FIFTY Fitted Cap lined with violet satin interior.
The DC Double Label Projects - DC Life x SIXPACK x PMKFA will be releasing at selected DC retailers during the 1st quarter of 2010.

So I'm pretty stoked that DC has finally decided to step their game up, and I can honestly say that I'm im pressed! Their sneakers have come a long way for sure, and now that I work for Quiksilver, I get 50 - 75 percent off DC products too! Holler!!
