Monitaly Moccasin Boots

Due to my growingly eclectic taste for fashion and footwear, I'm always on the prowl for something fresh and fairly unseen. Cue the Monitaly Moccasin Boots. Aborning an array of lusciously colored and coordinated suede panels,  the hi top native American foot garb undoubtedly stands in a category of its own. Also noticing the creamy crepe outer-sole which screams comfort, these puppies are calling on me to surround my peds with their heavenly goodness. -J.Sawyer

adidas Originals | Roundhouse Mid

While I'm not the most avid adidas sneaker supporter, I have no problem recognizing quality pieces when I come across them, and that is exactly what I have spotted in this new model of Roundhouse Mid. Joining an already rather impressive, more recent adidas collection in the Originals, the Roundhouse can appease your needs on or off the blacktop.

Featuring a bit more padding around the ankle support,and a strap covering mid shoe, you should have no problem shaking and baking in this high profile hoops sneaker. Or if you're like me, you unstrap those bad boys and let em breathe while you wear them leisurely. Either way, you can't go wrong with this flashy and oh so supportive new release from adidas. Tom Ford Spring/Summer 2011 Moccasins

Legendary designer Tom Ford appeals to the outdoors and Native American side of things with these new Moccasins presented in his upcoming Spring/Summer 2011 collection. If you solely catch a glimpse of the footwear from the front, it would appear as just your average Moccasin slipper, but once you get the horizontal side view, you see where Ford used his imagination. A shredded flap accents the deep orangey brown leather and is capped off by thick stitching to add to vivid detailing.

Ransom by adidas

Joining the Spring/Summer collection by adidas, the Ransom will be offered in three colorways: brown, black, and royal/navy which are pictured here. These would definitely be a good edition to my repertoire for my casual, Miami summer attire.

Atmos x Reebok

Atmos has linked up with Reebok for this fresh collaboration which has actually been in the works for quite a while now. The Multi Dot Ex-O-Fit Hi Strap is accented with a patent leather strap, toe, tongue, and heel. The white, rubber sole is a nice set off from the dark core of the shoe. What really distinguishes the shoe are the neon colors and dots featured on the interior of the sneaker. Pre-orders for this piece from Atmos and Reebok begin on February 5th at Atmos online store. -JSawyer

Supra Spring 2010 Cuban 1.5

While the Skytop II's were virtually a complete bust in my opinion, the guys over at Supra have seemed to focus on a fresh low top to add to their repertoire. Here you see the Cuban 1.5 in the four new color ways: TUF Black Perf, TUF White Perf, Red Canvas and Grey Canvas. Be on the lookout for the Cubans to drop in the upcoming months. -JSawyer

Ubiq Fatima

New from Japanese footwear label, Ubiq, comes a new style for their popular Fatima model. With its upper in houndstooth material, these particular Fatimas come in four colorways. Retailing at 12,000 YEN, these will be available at ANOUT COMMUNE on Christmas Eve. (via Hypebeast)

adidas Originals Spring 2010 Highrise

A dope, new look coming from adidas, these bad boys are already available for pre-order. Check styles for the full run. I guess the guys over at the company figured if you can't beat em, join em. And it looks like that is what adidas has chosen to do. The style looks somewhat similar to many other top sneaker brands, but hey, I'm not hating. I think they're dope. My favorite aspect of the shoe is the strap on the back. All in all, I give the Highrise a 4.5 out of 5 stars. -JSawyer

Supra TK Society (Blue/Lime Green)

I stay a Supra fan, even though the Skytop II's were pretty much butt in my opinion. I am feeling these lusciously loud TK Society editions right here though. I have a feeling these are gonna be an all in or a no go to most fans. Love it or hate it baby... I loves em. -JSawyer

Fox Brothers x Clarks

Combining the aesthetics and refinement of Saville Row, Clarks’ 2010 Spring/Summer collection features the use of Fox Brothers, together with some of their most iconic models. Each style’s upper features a chalk stripe flannel created from 100% lambswool, milled by Fox Brothers of Wellington, Somerset. Fox Brothers has maintained a legacy spanning all the way to 1772. Being a fan of Clarks basically from the beginning, this collabo with Fox Brothers is pretty high up there for me. The high tops are my favorite in this collection here, and I give the overall work 4.5 out of 5 stars. JSawyer

LeBron's "Think Pink" VII

Not typically a fan of Bron Bron's kicks, but these "Think Pink" LeBron VII's, in honor of breast cancer awareness, are pretty stinkin dope. Not many cats in the league could pull these off, but who am I kidding. It's the king; he can rock anything. -JSawyer

Volta #777 Footwear

First I've seen or heard of this Italian based brand, and from what I see here, I'm really digging the look. They appear to be super comfortable, as well as lightweight. I give them a 3.7 out of 5 stars. -JSawyer

Creative Recs - Holiday 2009 - Cesario Black Tartan

A fan of the Creative Recreation brand as a whole, this holiday edition sneaker is pretty much money for me. I love the colorway, and am really digging the red laces. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars. -JSawyer

Plaid in shirts and on jackets are hardly news worth raising an eyebrow for these days. Offspring x Converse

Okay, so we all know that Converse is my fave sneaker brand. I could never go against the classics, and this edition/collabo with Offspring is dope-tastic. 3.5 out of 5 stars. -JSawyer

Working on the new CONVERSE All Star Hi 2 Strap model, Offspring had collaborated with American heritage footwear label, CONVERSE, to create two new colorways of the new kick. Ready for holiday partying, these kicks feature a hi-gloss mix of perforated and patent leather and come in black/pink and grey/pink/blue versions. The black colorway mixes black perforated leather with matching black patent leather accents with purple heel panel and accented in pink stitching and laces. meanwhile, the grey colorway features a mix of grey patent leather upper with powder blue panel with pink straps and laces. The soles and toe caps remain distinctly Chuck Taylor All Star with black piping and logo patch in the heel. To commemorate this special collaboration release, Offspring has also created two matching limited edition toys featuring CONVERSE logos on Offspring’s iconic vinyl buddy. *Feature* Mors Footwear

While surfing the web some time ago, I ran across a feature on someone's blog on a footwear brand that I had never heard of before. The brand was new and refreshing, with a captivatingly unique look. I definitely liked what I saw and was for sure intrigued. That brand is Mors Footwear. I decided to take a shot and connect with Jonathan from Mors, in hopes of getting a response with permission to do a feature myself on his dope brand. I am a firm believer and supporter in all things dope, no matter what it may be. Shoes, other types of fashion, music, art, writing, design, anything that showcases ones creative talents. I like to take it a step further and promote such things as I come across them, so here you go people. Open your eyes to the wonderful world of Mors Footwear. Mors is a new sneaker brand creating high quality, stylish footwear with a fresh perspective. Future classics inspired by iconic individuals, stylish products and retro futurism. Mors offers a wearable and exclusive product handcrafted from premium materials. Crafted in Portugal by traditional factories, mors footwear is detailed to the best standard from the highest quality leather. Butter soft and strong arctic elk leather is used on many of the products. Mors has avoided the temptation to cut corners with cheap materials and cheap labour.

At first only two styles will be released in a selection of luxury leathers, ‘hoop’ high top sneaker and ‘net’ low cut tennis sneaker. The ‘hoop’ will be available in premium elk leather, soft elk suede and white premium calfskin, ‘net’ will be available in white premium calfskin. Both will be available from the mors online store. Mors is the concept of Jonathan Morss. Jonathan is an experienced footwear designer and has worked for international brands including adidas and Nike. He found inspiration for mors within vintage science fiction, iconic personalities and classic products.

Supra Skytop II

The original Skytops have been out for a while now, so it's about time Supra graced us with the follow up. I honestly am not feeling the Skytop II right off, as much as the original skytops. I do dig the gray and pink colorway, however. The first release of this model, will be in stores November 21st .

Air Jordan 1 Retro

The Air Jordan I Retro Holiday 2009 Collection from Jordan Brand has began to hit retailers, the first two pairs to be released are the two Air Jordan I Retro High’s. Both colorways of the shoes come in an all patent leather upper accented with a White midsole and an outsole that matches the color of the upper. The two colorways that are available now are Dark Obsidian or Metallic Zinc. You can pick up either colorway now at select Jordan Brand retailers including sneakersnstuff.
